User Uploads dont open

Hello there,

Anybody having blank thumbnails and no images in user uploads>

I am having this problem since long. use Mozilla Firefox, Chrome and IE but all failed.

Thumbnails are blank and image pages too.

Skins.be Admin does no answer for complaint twice.

小学教师持刀捅死村霸逃亡12年后获刑
