I have just got paint shop pro x4 and was just wondering if someone could give me some advice on making wallpapers as i am having a few issues just cropping the pics into my desired resolutions

Hello board,
My name is Brianna Rose. I'm new to this site and I've read through the rules, but I have a sort of odd request that I'm sure doesn't happen very often. Probably never.
I need someone who can photoshop a handwritten ink-style font onto one of my pictures. The pictures are NSFW meaning they are R-Rated, blahblahblah..
*Disclaimer: I am by no means trying to break any rules by posting this thread. But please hear me when I say there are no forums that offer any help for this, and I'm trying my best to stay within the guidelines. Photoshop experts are a lost breed, and I'd really appreciate any cooperation I can get at this point.
I'm trying to keep this as mature as possible; so if you don't want to take this seriously, I'm not making you stay. My skin gets really irritated to ink. Not sure if it's some allergic reaction, or just something to do with my skin. It wasn't my choice, anyway, I'd just like for someone to use an ink or pencil type font and photoshop it onto my body for a picture I'm sending as a gift to a dear friend of mine.
I have a dear friend for several years now and I'd like to sort of do this as a birthday-type thing for him.
Reply/Message me on this forum and I'll send you the pic I'd like to have photoshopped.
With the font, I'd like for it to say "Curtis <3" or something to that nature.

I've searched the forums and came up with a few threads like this, but I thought I would make another one because those were dated years ago and there is a chance someone new here might have a different way to help me.
Anyways I have tried importing video with photoshop, but the quality sucks and for some reason it doesn't save the gif correctly. I also tried Jasc software and that doesn't seem to work out well. So what are the best ways to make gifs from videos?

I was wondering what is the best way to cut out someone, lets say from a candid/event photo, and made a wallpaper from that cutout? I know the basics of magic wand, lasso, quick selection, but I was wondering if there are and videos or guides which can help me get the best results without having to zoom in and click on every pixel around the cutout.

Hi guy's,
I'm new here and to all this!
I recently became a father for the 1st time and a friend took a picture which my partner loves. Unfortunately it's pixelated when you want it at a reasonable size (taken on a mobile). I would like to give the photo with much improved quality to my partner for her upcoming birthday. I have no experience in editing pictures. Can i be cheeky and ask one of you pro's to improve the quality and perhaps give me some tips for future projects.
